Chuck
had worked in the CO2 industry for over 35 years and built strong
relationships as a knowledgeable, honest, and dedicated man. He
loved the industry, the people, and enjoyed the challenges of
helping customers and solving problems along with building his
business.
Chuck
was well known throughout the CO2 industry for his expertise and
first hand experience. He will be greatly missed by all who knew
and worked with him. CO2 Air, Inc. is moving forward with his
legacy of dedication to the needs of the customers.
Company
History
The company was
formed in May of 1992, originally as Carbon Dioxide Industries. It
evolved from mergers and equipment development to CO2 Air Equipment,
Inc. in May of 1994. Having grown to over 1.8 million gross sales,
the company moved to their modern manufacturing facility in Cumming,
Georgia in 1999, and combined the carbon dioxide delivery side of
the business, taking the name CO2 Air, Inc. in January 2002. The
company specializes in dry ice pellet extruders and block presses
plus related carbon dioxide equipment along with the delivery of
liquid carbon dioxide.

Allen Wood - President
Mr. Wood
has over 30 years in the industry. Prior to joining the company in
1993, the major part of his career was with Carbonic Industries. He
held various positions in service, equipment sales management and
new equipment development.
Daniel
J. Rosewall - Executive Vice President
Mr.
Rosewall has over 25 years experience in the electrical, hydraulic,
and machine design fields. Following his service in the United
States Marine Corps, he has worked for Lockheed Aeronautical Systems
and Fisher/Rosemount.
CO2 Air’s
equipment is the most respected in the industry and they have
acquired a customer base of major accounts. They hold a market
share of 80% of pelletizer sales and 100% of block press sales in
the US and continue to expand in worldwide sales. Their response to
customer needs is immediate and professional. The company has a
reputation for quality products and excellent service in the US and
around the globe. Always putting the customer first, they offer
assistance and technical support to all current and potential
customers.
There are over 200 types of industries
having carbon dioxide equipment applications and CO2 Air’s goal is
to continue their exposure and increase sales in these industries
around the world.
